Can we win the Uerofa league next year?

The way we have started this season, I can't see us not getting 6th at worst in the league - great goalie, solid back 4, hard workers in midfield and 2 of the best 5 strikers in the PL. Southampton will fall away, and I can't see Everton of Spurs catching us.
So that will get us europe next year.
the europe league will be a stroll in the park, until the quarter finals. And then teams won't want to come to the Boleyn Park. And with Allardyce's tactics, we won't be conceeding many goals.
Basically we will get Champos League in time for the new stadium. We are about to get BIG.
The only worrying thing is the photo takers will start coming to more west ham games, so we better not loose our imitating atmosphere.

Tend to agree that Europa League would be a distraction but actually our squad is now deep enough that we could field a second string side that would be pretty decent without having to compromise the 1st team:

Demel
Burke
Collins
JOB
Amalfitano
Poyet
Nolan
Jarvis
Zarate
Carroll
Not bad at all, and that's without strengthing the squad over the summer.
Could argue that it would actually be beneficial as it would keep these players match fit and happy and give youngsters of the bench great experience.... bring it on.
So yeah.... if we only finished 3rd in our CL group it wouldn't be the end of the world!

I can't believe so many people get so carried away. The only way we will qualify for the Europa League is if we finish 3rd in our Champions League group. So calm the f**k down you lot!

I can't stand the new format of the so called Europa League but it's still a competition we should be doing our utmost to be in. Not to mention the high calibre of cheap brasses in nations such as Slovenia.

I take your point Kronic...just puts alot of strain on the squad and you end up playing Sundays.
Personally would rather finish 4th ;) OR just miss out on europa, but take the domestic cups more seriously and have a good run..

No interest in playing another twenty games against nobodies on a Thursday night and then finishing bottom half as a result..

Last season I was talking about us staying up. Confidence in the team lol.
I don't see too many better sides than ours in the Uerofa this year

Lets get realistic show we. We are playing very well (long may it continue), but its very early on in the season. We will go through a bad patch so lets see where we are after that.
